So, day 3 went really well. Ate a small lunch, was 43 minutes on the stepper, but did more steps than the day before. A walk with the dog and then we were off to my sisters' where we celebrated new years with Fondue, Raclette and a table grill. I ate less bread than normally, but a bit more Raclette than planned, so lots of cheese. I drank less alcohol than I thought I would, so that was good. Then we celebrated new years and since Jan. 1st is my birthday we had a chocolate cake that we all ate a piece of.
Jan 1st. started with sleeping in, chocolate cake for breakfast, no lunch since I was still full and dinner is being prepared by my boyfriend bacon wrapped pork medallions with a Gorgonzola sauce and spaghetti. Probably not the best but as it's my birthday I'm kinda thinking "screw it". Workout today was a 1hr walk with the dog over fields and streets with my heavy work boots so it actually was a bit of an exercise.
