I continue my little requirement of 30 mins of exercise a day. be it 30 mins on the stepper or an extralong walk with the dog, which is what I did these two days. That is an accomplishment that is making me proud. So far it's been easy as I am not working these few days. Soon I'll be working again. I work in the emergency medical call center (so the person you get when you call 911 and need an ambulance) - I am thinking of giving myself a daily requirement of doing work standing up for at least 2 hours, then i wont be sitting all day at least.

On the 2nd we had leftovers from the day before as lunch, fish sticks for dinner and went to a ball afterwards. I won a huge cake by guessing its weight. I still have birthday cake at home and no idea what I should do with this cake. It is shaped like a pirate ship, beatiful fondant on top of it, with wood carvings and inside it's chocolate. Every guest that comes over gets a piece to eat and to take home - the total weight it had was 5139g (my guess for winning it was 5150g)

On the 3rd we had greek for lunch and will have salad for dinner.

Going to be interesting once work starts again. I am not sure how much exercise I will be able to get in. As I try to sleep 8 hours and work 12 hour shifts, I come home and have 3 hours before I have to go to bed again just to get up an hour before work starts the next day. Does anyone have tips for me in that field how I can lose weight ? I try not to eat too much at work, I do allow myself 1 small treat (piece of candy mostly), but only 1 in 12 hours. I only drink water or unsweetened tea at work. Any tips are very welcome !!!
