I have been really good with my food choices the past few days, but have been having happy hour(s) with my hubby and I am feeling bloated and my system is rebelling. Starting Monday is a kickstarter with Heidi & Chris Powell and I have a new 28 day FMD starting - so as of Monday no more happy hours.
Breakfast stir-fry ground beef, onion, yellow pepper, mushrooms and quinoa with a cranberry/lime smoothie.
Lunch was leftover chili, cashews, wheat grass shot and cranberry/lime smoothie.
Dinner was rotisserie rack of pork, sweet potato with coconut oil and pecans, greenbeans (and barley, which I didn't eat)
