We are so much alike! I have just under 10 lbs to lose for this first Dietbet and, like you, am competitive so this route may help! I actually started my challenge when I submitted my weigh in yesterday. I've done good since yesterday. One day @ a time, right? I hope I am not overly optimistic in thinking this first challenge will be a breeze. @ my size, I could easily hit the goal shortly after the first week if I do good. What are your thoughts? We are seemingly @ the same starting point so this is a perfect buddy system! I posted a pic on my blog yesterday and plan on posting pics weekly to chart my progress!
