#noexcuses!!The 4% goal is a great motivator because we are likely to hit it due to the holiday bloat that comes with extra eating and drinking. For me, I lose slowly it seems, so I'm hoping this boost of losing the first 4% will keep me going.My promise for today was no red wine in the evening... has become a bad habit. So one day at a time, one of my daily promises will be to skip the wine and go for a walk or some other activity to up my activity level. Another promise I made was drink enough water and stay on track with my eating. I've stuck to all 3 promises at this point.We are very much alike in our starting points... here's to having had a great day today, and to having a fine one tomorrow. Cheers!
