2 cups white wine (my meat was frozen & didn't want my stuff to stick to the bottom, and I never cook with water or oil)... 1 pound-ish ground red meat (I used venison)... 2 chopped onions ... lots of chopped fresh garlic (we are trying to ward off illness at the house so I used 8 cloves)... large can chopped mushrooms ... 1/2 bell pepper chopped (the other half was mushy)...2 poblano peppers chopped... 1 large and 1 small can of diced tomatoes... McCormick's cocoa chili blend to taste (mine is really old so I used A LOT)... 1 large can pureed pumpkin (minus 1 cup that I used in a different recipe the day before)... The husband and I looooved it and the picky kids tolerated it. Success in my book. And I have left overs for several lunches.
