Victoria, I started doing the Five Bite Diet 7 days ago. This diet has helped me be more mindful of how much I'm eating. I don't eat 5 bites like the diet suggests; I eat between 7 and 10 bites per meal (lunch and dinner), and I eat mainly protein and veggies.
