I following the Fast Metabolism Diet for the 28 day challenge.  I have also joined a kickstarter DietBet    Get Lean in 2016 with Heidi & Chris Powell .

Doing this plan really helps me make and keep better food choices throughout the day - I am flexible and can change, but at least I have a map.

Today's Plan - Phase 1 Unwind Stress:

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with Cinnamon and Apples

Snack 1:  Grapefruit

Lunch:  Chili with pumpkin, quinoa, and an apple

Snack 2:  Grapefruit

Dinner:  Chili with pumpkin, yellow bell peppers and quinoa
