I was down .8 lbs today. That makes 6.2 lbs in 3 days. That put me at 300.0. Oh, I wanted to see 299.8 this morning, but it's just a psychological thing. It's always better to be on the other side of that number. Hopefully tomorrow, and hopefully this time for good. I am halfway to my Transformer goal and almost halfway to my Kickstarter goal.
I know that the fast loss is probably over now and I have to just put my head down and keep going. If it's anything like the past I'll lose about .4 to .8 pounds a day with an occasional loss of a pound here or there. Maybe more when I get back in the pool.
I was going to go to the pool this morning, but we had snow dumped on us overnight and I know the club parking lot is a nightmare to get in and out of when it snows. Cars slip from the hilly exit onto the busy highway frequently. Most of it had melted by afternoon but the water aerobics are in the morning. I hope we don't get anymore so I can go tomorrow.
I made up for it by reorganizing part of my kitchen and cleaning off some of the counter space. I reordered all of the drawers and all of the upper cupboards but one. Then I gave one of the counters a deep cleaning. I still have to do the other counter, all the lower cabinets, and the floor needs to be scrubbed.
I did five loads of laundry and am finally caught up. That includes folding and hanging up and putting away, not just letting it sit in the laundry baskets. I knit some more on the baby blanket for my niece who is due with a little girl in May. I got 32 rows done.
I also moved hay, filled and hauled the feed buckets, and cleaned out the rabbit grow out cages and dumped out their dropping pans, then hauled that to the garden and spread it on one of the raised beds. So it's not like I didn't get any movement in. I need to muck out the turkey coop and the duck coop tomorrow if there is no snow and it isn't frozen to the floors.
So a busy and productive day even without formal exercise. And I feel good and full of energy, so that is always a plus.
