For me, there are no big new year's resolutions about my weight, I'm just trying to continue the minor tweaks to my lifestyle that has lead to gradual weight loss. Drink more water, write down what I eat, exercise more days than not, eat more fruits/vegs, and eat breakfast.
I don't want to give in to the fear and the restrictive "diet" mentality that has lead me to binge-eating instead of losing weight in the past. It means that I'm not dropping big amounts of weight and it's hard not to compare myself with others, but I don't want to overwhelm myself with a sense of failure. I've been through all or nothing before, usually it means I end up doing nothing after a "failure." So, there will be no grand schemes this year, just slow and steady to lower my risk of failure.
