DAY 9 - More great news - I got on the scale, & I weigh 231.6!!! WOOHOO!!! I dropped another .8 pounds!!! I see the 220's in my future!!! LOL!!!
Overall, today was a good day. I was able to get in over 6,600 steps. (Suffering now though - MY BACK IS SCREAMING!!! I think I did too much - LOL!!!). I was also able to do a few line dances. IĀ felt sooo good dancing again!!! :-)
For lunch, I ate a piece of skinless chicken breast. I had planned on eating it with a salad, but I had a doctor's appt, & by the time I got back home, I decided to just have that as a snack & eat a more sensible meal for dinner. For dinner, I had Tilapia & some Asian mixed vegetables. I sauteed them in a little olive oil & butter, & those vegetables were DELICIOUS!!! WHO EVER THOUGHT EATING LIKE THIS WOULD FEEL SOOO GOOD??? Loving it!!! :-)
My back is really hurting, so I'm gonna pamper myself by taking a hot bubble bath by candlelight & sip on a hot cup of tea while I listen to some smooth jazz. :-)
Gonna call it a night. By the way, KITCHEN IS CLOSED!!! LOL!!!
