I have a Honda Civic too, but have not received a recall notice. I believe they didn't want to get inundated with everyone coming in at once to replace the airbags, so they are gradually sending out notices. I'm sorry about your cough. My husband has the flu and has slept nonstop for the past 2 days. He has a nasty cough too. Great job on your weight loss! I hope you get a good nights sleep, Adrienne.

You're very welcome JAZZ!!! :-) Thanks for taking time out to read up on Sarcoidosis. I've done a lot of research too; I've even written a book about my personal experience with this disease (Living With Sarcoidosis: Defying The Odds - Adrienne Anderson - amazon.com) My pulmonary physician put me on Prednisone (10 mg.) for a little over 2 months, & it didn't help: I ended up gaining 70 pounds & suffering with severe lower back pain as a result of taking & I still have this cough. My body doesn't work well with Prednisone!!! It doesn't matter what dosage: I BLOW UP!!! I do indeed have GERD. The esophagram I took confirmed that I have moderate GERD, & my doctor wants me to continue taking Nexium for another 3 months. She also wants me to take Tessalon for 7 days after I take my pulmonary function tests next week. Hopefully, I'll get some relief once I take it. Nothing else works..... I'm wondering if my cleaning products are the culprit for this persistent cough I have. I used Awesome for a while, & whenever I use it, I cough like crazy!!! I sprayed my tub with it to clean it, & then I started coughing and I could barely catch my breath!!! That was scary!!! I won't be using that again!!! Whenever I've had a sarcoid flare-up, I never suffered with a cough; I always had shortness of breath (2009 I had swelling on my brain). Right now I have a little shortness of breath, & if my PFTs reveal that my disease is active, my doctor is gonna put me on a high
