My Fitness Pal is the best! Also, we have lives, and sometimes those will get in the way of the exercise. To help, I keep my gym schedule on the fridge and in my phone so I know when classes are, and then use PopSugar or other at home work outs (running, walking, burpees etc) to fill in. Just did 1 min each of 5 different rear-in-gear moves-I'll feel it tomorrow and it took five mins tonight!
