You are doing awesome! Water weight counts 100%. I love watching it come off and its that jolt of motivation in the beginning that gets my gears going. Dont feel bad about the exercise. I havent dont any. I was going to start this past monday however my 1 year old is sick. I cant drop a sick kid in childcare so no workout for me. Im thinking by Saturday he will be 100%. So thats my goal. The only thing thats saving me currently is that im still nursing my 6 month old and the amount of calories that burns in a days time is the same as a workout. Hopefully when i get to the gym i see some big loss. Well keep up the great work and congrats on your losses.
