Feeling great!  Getting ready for a trip so I will pack up my scales - my food scale as well as my digital scale (kept the boxes).  Got up a little early today so I started with milk thistle tincture and my It Works Greens Chews (not on plan because of the little bit of sugar, but I had to have something.)  

It's Thursday, so that means lots more protein and veggies.  I cooked a whole big bag of green beans yesterday for ease since I have to empty the refrigerator.  I also bought some lovely asparagus, which is for my breakfast today.  I have already had my Yogi Detox tea and a cup of dandelion root tea.  I Forgot the ginger (since my feet are feeling good today so far) so I'll have to add that to my after breakfast tea.

Meal plan for today

  • Breakfast:  Strip Steak and asparagus
  • Snack:  Egg white with mustard, and Youtheory Collagen
  • Lunch:  Naked Caesar (salad) with Grilled Chicken and Balsamic
  • Snack 2:  Egg white with mustard and Youtheory Collagen
  • Dinner:  Broiled Chicken and Green Beans

Reminder.  Going out isn't hard if you plan ahead and ask nicely that the please leave off the oil/butter when they grill and off the veggies.  I ask for a naked salad - no cheese, croutons or dressing with either lemon or vinager.  I sometimes even bring my own balsamic or dressing.  If my entree looks a little shiny I blot it with a paper napkin (or two).
