I never never never weigh any time other than in the morning. Its the only consistent part of my day. Its before iv eaten anything. Once you start going through your day eating and drinking your weight fluctuates. If i weigh throughout the day its always more and it messes up my motivation. I wake up first thing in the morning, go pee then jump on the scale. If i forget to weigh in then i wait until the next morning because i know that my weight throughout the day is more than when i first wake up. You eat different things every day. You drink differently everyday so the best time to weigh is before you've had a chance to do any of that.

oh yes! Its hard when the weekly weigh isnt what i thought it would be. Picking myself up from that is always a little harder but id rather do that once than stress myself during the week. Weighing in throughout the week does work for some people though. Maybe find your happy spot and go with that? Maybe do a weekend and middle week weigh. I guess we just all have to find what works for us but no-matter what you do i highly suggest you weigh in the morning. Good luck!!!
