I have very much come to the conclusion to lose weight I have to figure out some stuff mentaly. I am hoping by writing a blog I will not only keep myself motivated but learn about me, and how to keep myself mentatly and physicaly healthy.
- Why did I gain weight?
- Why do I want to lose the weight?
- Am I scared to lose weight?
- Why do I sabotage myself?
- Why do I bing eat
- Why havn't I sucseded before?
- What would motivate me
These are all really importent questions I have to learn how to answer. Fundamentaly I know how to lose weight.When I follow a plan I lose weight. But then momentum faids and i put on even more weight then I prevoiusly lost. I know when I am making the wrong desision and I do it anyway.
This time it is going to be diffrent. Some desisions I am making now to slowly set habbits that I can keep up with for life. Even if I only start one of these at a time, pound by pound they should all add up.
- excersise 3 times a week
- eat more water
- walk 10,000 steps a day
- weigh in once a week
- take measurements once a week
- write a food diary daily
- cheak pinterest
- cheak dietbet
- join a dietbet game
- read a motivational book/ tv series/ movie
I will reward myself at each individual gole, but the most importent thing is learning how to be healthy so this isnt a diet, its a life style change.
