Awww Laura! I came to give you the info on PiYo and started to read your posts! You and I are so similar. I trying so hard to ditch the scale and go by how my clothes feel and most importantly...how I feel in them! If you do yoga and pilates then PiYo is something you'll love. Have you ever tried a challenge group with Beachbody? They are AMAZING. It's a private group on FB that usually lasts 21 days and everyone is doing the same program (we're starting another one May 4) and they are so encouraging. It's a great support system. We drink Shakeology (www.shakeology.com/rootsofendurance) everyday and workout at least 30 minutes and then we check in with everyone for accountability.
