Some days are like that, just keep on keeping on! You can do it! Maybe you can also add some kind of fruit or veggie snack or juice? I know, it has calories, but you're in it for the long haul and you need those vitamins and nutrients. Right now, I'm slacking myself but I am planning to get back to those daily banana/spinach/berry smoothies. Let's do it together!
