Well I completed my first diet bet successfully, but only lost the bare minimum (7lbs) to make the cut. I was looking at some information online. It says an average woman of my height and age weighs 156 lbs, but that is still concidered overweight and just 3 lbs below being obese. The same chart says I have to get all the way down to 132 lbs just to make it into the normal weight range. I haven't weighed that little since 1977. Feeling discouraged.
