Morning weigh-in: 160.2

And we're gonna let it ride, I suppose. I've passed up my goal by almost 2 pounds :) I'm excited to keep it going. My ideal weight goal is closer to 150. I think I'd like to be there by the time my birthday rolls around. Nonetheless, I'm incredibly excited about my progress :D

Yesterday had my usual hard-boiled egg and V8 for breakfast (as well as my morning coffee), then a veggie burger and broccoli for lunch (with a bit of ranch dressing). Dinner was a delicious home cooked meal of enchiladas and black bean soup. I limited myself to 1.5 enchiladas (they were smaller. Everyone else had closer to 3.5) and a half of a bowl of soup. I did eat some peanut butter M&Ms as well - they were in front of me, and I just couldn't resist. But not even a full serving. So about 150 calories worth. Not too bad. Workout was 30 min arms and then 1 hour on the elliptical. 

Today I'll be out and about, so I'll bring a granola bar with me this afternoon. Then I'm cooking tonight. The husband wants to work out after he gets home, so we'll see what he wants to do. Probably Kenpo is my guess.
