Morning weigh-in: 160.0

Still feeling good. Trying not to let hitting my goal weight let me get lazy or make bad decisions. I still have 7 days to maintain, and ideally I'd like to hit 155. So yesterday I spent with a friend, and she wanted to order from the pizza place. I decided to get a small salad. Only ate about half of it, but still managed to eat all of the croutons ;) My biggest weakness is anything crunchy (and preferably made from flour). For dinner I did baked italian chicken topped with mozzarella and marinara - and made zoodles to go with it. So a bit of olive oil there and the mozzarella isn't great for you, but it wasn't breaded. 

When I got home I had ZERO motivation to work out. Went back and forth with the husband as to whether we should. Ended up doing Insanity Pure Cardio - so pretty much the hardest workout we could have picked. haha. For the first time since I got my Fitbit, I hit my "peak" heartrate. Needless to say, it kicked my butt. 

Not sure what my workout is going to be today. I'm a bit sore, and don't want to do anything too crazy. So maybe I'll just spend some time on my elliptical and catch up on some TV. Not sure if I'm going to cook tonight, either - or just eat leftovers for dinner. We had a LOT of chicken leftover. I think next time I'm only going to use half for the recipe, and then the other half for another recipe. For now, it will be lunch. 

We're booking our Mexico trip this weekend, so it will be official. Bikini shopping will commence shortly thereafter. Woo!
