Kellie, I have heard and read that a 'plateau is very common. Please don't give up. I see you are on an egg fast which I am not familiar with but good luck. I tried DietBet 3 years ago and failed because I gave up. I can't even remember why. I find that for me I do well by omitting meat, fats, oil, packaged foods, sugar, and dairy. It's close to a plant based diet I guess. It can be difficult at first so I started by just substituting one meal per day with plant based food. I hope you are eating lot's of fruit and veggies. Also there is a website called Pulses.org with a lot of recipes to incorporate more beans, lentils, etc. USA Pulses also has a Facebook Page. I hope this will help you at least a little bit!
