I do a combination of things - I have a stair stepper at home so that is my super convenient go-to. I like to walk and have recently started picking up the pace and jogging in intervals. I dance - tap dancing is a great cardio/leg work-out. I also bike. and when the pool warms up I swim. My husband has lost about 85 lbs and is in the best shape of his life. I am thrilled for him, but I hate that I can't keep up with him. It would be nice to get in shape just to be able to spend more time biking/hiking together again like when we were younger.
