Morning Afternoon weigh-in: 161.2
Hoo buddy. Up a couple more pounds, but still under my game goal weight, so that's good. Last night I let loose a bit more than I would generally - and probably shouldn't, but damage is done! Had 6 drinks - 2 glasses of wine and 4 beers. Bread with dinner, salad, a large(ish) plate at the buffet, and even dessert. Then a piece of pizza later in the night. And reeeeeally late night tots with chili and cheese on them. Phew. The only saving grace was that all the dancing I did even registered as a 42 min workout on my Fitbit ;)
On my way home this morning got an iced coffee and my favorite hamburger in the whole world. With fried zucchini. It did help me feel much more human, but it was definitely not the best diet decision.
Just need to get back on track now.
Sleep deprived and hung over, but I've got food in the crock pot and I've been drinking water. It's going to be an early night for me, and I'm probably not going to work out. But tomorrow I will be golden, and will be working out incredibly hard for my final push before my first game's official weigh-in. I think I'll be good to go. Just need to flush all this nastiness out of my system.
