Over time I'm getting better at being kinder to myself. I forget sometimes, but I'm making progress. It's so much easier for me to bounce back from indulgent eating if I don't beat myself up about it as the sense of failure can start a downward spiral. I can't imagine having someone else pointing it out as well! One meal, one day, is NOT the end of the world. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet, so things will happen, it's how you deal with them and let them go that will make the difference. Drink a lot of water today and get some exercise, even if it's just a walk. You'll feel a million times better about yourself when you show yourself that you can overcome this and anything else that comes your way.
