I am currently a freshman in college studying computer science and I have been overweight for most of my life, since 5th grade if I remeber correctly. I don't like being overweight. I am very tall and my size has always been a spot of insecurity. I don't want to lose weight to be better than I am now, but I want to lose weight so that I can be the way I am meant to be. I know I am not meant to weigh this much and I know there is a lot that I can do to change it. I just need to commit to losing the weight and getting healthy. It is very daunting to think about how I am going to balance working out along with my 19 credits as well as extra-curriculars and not to mention sleep, but I know it is possible. I just need to stay motivated.
