Hey Rachel! I have always been the same way. Just a little bit on that chubby side. And college was definitely a challenge to try to maintain or lose weight just because you do have a LOT of responsibilities and commitments that get in the way. I used the "I'm too busy" excuse SO MANY TIMES and then would stress myself out and use food as a coping mechanism. And I did gain a good chunk of weight (60 pounds to be exact) in college... not because it's impossible to stay fit - but because I didn't make myself and my health a priority. Know that you're DEFINITELY not alone in feeling like that. And know that while it is very easy to not lose weight (or gain it in my case) in college - you will THANK YOURSELF SO MUCH after college if you make the choice now to put yourself and your body at the top of your priority list. I WISH I had done that so I didn't feel so behind now!YOU CAN DO IT. One day at a time. One workout at a time. One good food choice at a time. And don't beat yourself up if you slip up every once in a while. Just be sure to re-commit quickly so that you have more GREAT days that tough ones!I'll be sending positive vibes your way!! :)
