So far so good. Last night there was a going away party at work and I managed to steer clear of all the yummy snacks. I'm eating only what I bring, although I did have a coffee today (which I am perfectly fine with).
Exercise is still an issue for me though. I do not know how to force myself to do it. I slept late today and by the time I had breakfast and shower is was time to go back to work. I looked up my 15 min bettyrocker and it is yoga, so I am hoping to do it when I get home at 3am. I had hoped to get in some time on the elliptical- but I make about a million excuses and then feel horrible about it.
