I did insanity once (several years ago when I was in much better shape than I am now) - and I remember thinking then... "HOLY CRAP THIS MAN IS GOING TO KILL ME!" for like the first... three weeks of it. I felt like I was in pretty good shape but man it was definitely frustrating to feel like I couldn't make it all the way through a workout - but I pushed through, got stronger, and by the end of the program I was kicking butt. Just remember that everyone has to start somewhere and if it doesn't challenge you it won't make you better!! :)My goal is to get back in shape to do that insanity challenge again! Maybe the bettyrocker would be a good place to start!
