So I've completed my first DietBet of 2016, I completed several a few years back and eventually lost interest. That in turn caused me to GAIN weight - so in hindsight, a horrific decision on my part.
But that's neither here nor there, this is a new year and new decision - I made my 4% with 0.2lbs to spare - so I guess by the hair of my chinny chin chin as they say....but I'm ecstatic!! Even made it with eating out the night before the weighin - WHAT?!?!?! I've drank more water than a girl should have to and have eaten more salad than a herd of rabbits but it's so worth it in the end.
My scale and I have a love/hate relationship as I'm sure most of us do, mine just really tries to piss me off on more days than not. I'm attached to it though and it really does make me think twice about noshing on some heavenly sweet stuff, or delicious crunchy chips or having that beer...or 2 or 3......
I'm prepared to get this 46yr old body to a healthy state, 1 disgusting pound of fat at a time! Until next time...TTFN
