Here we are day 12 and you may have not lost the amount of weight you had hoped, maybe you have gained weight but don't lose hope.   Remender:

 

1.   If you started to exercise more than you used to, you may gain weight because muscle weighs more.

2.  Are you drinking more water?   If so you could be retaining water.  Cut your sodium intake to see if that helps.

3.  Check the snacks.  There is no such thing as FREE food.  Even low calorie choices can add up when eaten in large quanities.  

I know these were two big ones for me and again now but I am staying positive.  When I first started my weight loss journey, the scale was my biggest enemy.  Try not weighing yourself everyday.  I know this is very hard to do but if the scale does not go down, you will mentally become discouraged and be tempted to give up.  Just keep doing what you are doing and it will all work out in the end.  Some people's metabolism like mine is much slower so it will take longer before the weigh lose shows.
