is when I get to workout.  I use to think that exercising was just something that I had to do like working.  Now it is something I look forward to doing.  It does not matter if I am playing a sport, exercising in a group, walking with a friend, or jamming to music on a treadmill.  I believe that the positive change for me is that even when I working out alone, I am still in a group.  This group and Fitbit group.  I am more motivated and encouraged by seeing the positive outcomes.  I know we are all extreemely busy living our lives but if you get a chance, join a group and get involved with it.  Thanks to all of you for helping and encouraging this positive change.  I can close without giving you one tip.

 

Tip

I started using a treadmill this week because my schedule is not allowing me to get to my classes.  I fit the treadmill in around my schedule.   This is the least "fun" for me so what I do is take a pile of reading I need to catch up on, put my Pandora stations to "I Wantta Expercies, and away I go.  This way, I am multi-tasking.  I also use this time to check my emails.  It is very difficult to respond to email during this time and I don't recommend as you may fall off!  This comes from a very close calls.  If Pandora's I wanta exercising does not get you moving than nothing will.

 

Only 10 days to go........I am not sure if I will lose the weight but I am sure having fun trying.   My weight seems to be bouncing up and down despite my attempts.  Going to try a suggestion I received this week and cut sugar and salt out of my diet.    Good Luck Everyone!
