my body is once again dropping weight like whoa. Down another pound and a half since yesterday and I had fried pickles at Funny Bone last night.
I feel like I'm working harder and harder at the gym it getting less tired which is amazing. I can't wait to get my Nikes in the mail! I've been wearing the same pair of old beat up adidas since before I got my license. The bottoms are coming off and keep toes get numb on the elliptical. The Nikes were in sale for $75, and I'll probably wear these just as long haha technically I was supposed to lose another 2.2 pounds before I "earned" them. Maybe I will before they get here.
i started taking measurements last week. I was down an inch and a quarter in my waist, an inch in my bust, a quarter inch in my calves and arms, and up an inch in my hips. Either I measured wrong or I'm finally getting the butt I've always dreamed of! I probably measured wrong.
I'm sticking to my guns on this whole no cheese or alcohol thing. None since Tuesday, and they were life :( now gym is life. Yesterday I added so much weight to the lat pulldown machine I started getting dizzy. I can't remember the last entire weekend I went without at least one alcoholic beverage. And there was temptation. I went to a comedy club last night, and I didn't have to drive. I did eat fried pickles. But still down another 1.4 pounds since yesterday!. That's 22.8 pounds in 5 weeks and 4 days.
I was putting on my belt this morning. Not really paying attention until I felt how much extra I had to tuck into my best loop. Down another notch! Thats 2 in 2 weeks!. When I first started this i made a list of clothes i wanted to fit back into. Three are now checked off. The shirt I'm wearing in this photo is one of them.
