Just a check in that I worked out at the gym this morning and am building great endurance, yet slowly and responsibly! Excited to build from 20 min to 30 min of cardio and to begin a trackable weightlifting program. And I love that my gym is one block away. For my mental health, I'm creating great affirmations that are focused on the body - whole, at ease, joyful, powerful, sexy, and juicy! I'm feeling the benefits of the endorphins already, and the withdrawal from sugar and alcohol has been much easier this time than in the past. Feeling good and focused and know that it's time to turn on the positive verbal habits and find friends to be in activity with. Oh - and lest I forget - excited for my weigh in tonight/tomorrow morning! I'm hoping to see at least 1.5 lbs off.
