So yes, I haven't worked hard all month so I'm making a sprint to the end of one of my DietBets. Who would have thought that drinking that water, exercising REGULARLY, and portion control could cough up such great results?? Obviously not me, at least not in the last few weeks. Not sure why I can't wrap my head around those concepts on a full time basis, sure would make my life easier.
Nevertheless, this past week and a half has been enlightening! I feel good about what I'm doing and what I'm accomplishing. It really gives me a boost. So whether or not I make that weight come Sunday - I know what works and I MUST keep it up! For that is key, consistency and repetition in this game of weightloss. Follow what works, stay the course, believe......
