i had the hardest time falling asleep last night. I'm learning I should maybe try to eat more than half my protein by lunch and maybe save a carb for an after dinner snack. I was down 1.8 pounds this morning from yesterday. HOWEVER I was down almost 2% body fat from last week too. That means I've lost 4 pounds in body fat this week if I'm calculating that right. I've only lost 3 pounds so that means I also gained a pound of muscle. Awesome sauce! That hour session on the stair master must have done the trick. I still do not see a difference in my butt but it keeps growing according to my measuring tape so I will take it! Just can't wait to slim down a lot more so I can actually see all my hard work I've been putting in at the gym every night lifting. Protein shake and 9 tbs of liquid egg whites for breakfast this morning.
