im down 5 pounds in 2 days. Still def some water weight from last week included in that but come on! I am eating so much. The stuff I'm eating...it's really gross. I don't know how long I can keep my protein this high. For example, right now I am forcing myself to down a blended mixture of vanilla whey, 3 tbs of liquid egg whites (yes it's come to this!), half a block of silken tofu, and a cup of almond milk. It is nasty!  I can't wait until I weigh less and my percentages change!  I am trying w couple new things today to get creative with Greek yogurt. For lunch I'm using 1/2 c and 2 tbs mayo (i needed more fat macros) and mixing it with ranch seasoning so I can eat a salad (with 2 eggs and some tempeh of course) and for dinner I'm making zoodles (zucchini noodles) and mixing in some Greek yogurt, pesto, garlic, nutritional yeast flakes, and lemon. I couldn't have picked a worse time to give up cheese for lent. If I could eat cottage cheese my life would be so much better right now!   Vegetarians help me! Lol
