Hi Adrienne, I feel your pain. For years, I had back pain. It has subsided as I gained strength in my core. But I still guard my back, especially if I stand for long periods of time. Feel better. I know ice helps sometimes and sometimes heat is best.

Thanks sooo much Sally!!! Right now, I can't stand for long periods of time; can't stand for short periods of time either. I'm so glad you're feeling much better!!! Back pain AIN'T NO JOKE, & I hope that the more weight I lose, the better I'll feel. And I agree with the hot part. I take lots of hot bubble baths, & I lie with the heating pad on my lower back. I've tried the ice; can't stand it!!! LOL!!!
