I’ve gotten several emails about being hungry etc. Here’s the deal, hungry is normal. You need to understand the difference between being full and satiated. After I eat clean I’m a little hungry but I’m satisfied because I know I’m going to eat again in a little while. When you feel FULL that’s actually not good. In our country we’ve come to think full is a good feeling when in fact it’s the opposite. When your stomach feels full that means it’s going to be that much harder to digest the food. You need to learn to train your body to understand the difference between full and satisfied/satiated.

Little Tricks
Don’t eat the entire meal in one POW, graze on it throughout the day. DO NOT finish your last meal any earlier than 7pm… That’s a death wish. YOU WILL BE HUNGRY until you go to sleep and it will annoy you and make you think you’re weak. PACE YOUR FOOD PROPERLY.

TRICKS UP ME SLEEVES
Warm and Spicy trick your stomach into feeling satiated. Add spices to your food, have hot tea before bed.


SWEET TOOTH
If you must get some Ginger Chews, they sell them at Trader Joes. Be careful because they are highly addictive. You can have 3-4 (5 MAX).
