Day 11 Lunch: 10 oz water, 17 oz Sparkling ICE, phyllo wrapped german potato dumpling (178), romaine (8) + 1 tsp Caesar (~27)

Day 11 PM Snack: 10 oz water, St. Patrick's Day cake/cookies (600)

Day 11 Later: 12 oz water, pretzel crisps (550), goat cheese (280), baby carrots (30)

In spite of my brief bout of sickness last night (or maybe I should say due to it...) I managed to accomplish both of the goals I set yesterday. And considering how little I ate yesterday, I'm excited for today; not only am I looking forward to eating, I'm looking forward to eating good, clean food!

To get home after work I walked (.7 mi) and bussed and walked some more (.5 mi). I enjoyed taking a slightly different route.
