Today I finished round one of the transformer with my first goal met.  This is also a significant day because i started the week three run/walk with the zombie run 5k program.  I was really worried about making it through this workout.  The prior weeks I had been doing mainly 30 second joggs with 1 min walks and then a 10 min free form run at the end.  This workout started with a 5 min run followed by 1 min alternations between running and walking then an 8 min free form run with a two min break before another 8 min free form run.  I was nervouse but i gave it my all and I was able to get through it with running 6 min non stop and running through most of the free form runs and all of it was in the park and not on the treadmill. I really am starting to feel stronger!!

This first round spanned the month of August and so far I have done something active (walk/run/kayak/aqua aerobics) every day except for 8 days out of the month.  I hope to get that down to 4 days next month!
