Whether it be your health journey or a goal, you’re going to hit a plateau. Plateaus can last for days, weeks, months, and even years. Everyone hits a plateau in life and when I mean everyone i mean EVERYONE! The best thing you can do is acknowledge that you have hit a plateau and add small changes in your system that will yield big results. The small change(s) will rely on research and help from others that have gone through the same plateau(s) that you are going through. For me at least, I'm going through a weight plateau. What I'm doing to tweak this is doing small changes like taking 5 min cold showers, taking in more water for my liver, and adding electrolyte supplements to support my body with the diet I'm on. I'm not making really big changes, just small tweaks in my system that will yield big results. The worst thing you can do in a plateau is do nothing and wait for the perfect time or opportunity, and if you are thinking this right now and you are going through a plateau hit yourself in the face with a raw steak and then proceed to cooking it. There is not going to be a perfect opportunity or time, you have to take charge and get your system optimize so you can reach your goal without stressing yourself over all the fine details.
