On my 4 mile hike today, I saw dozens of deer, some bufflehead ducks in one of the ponds, and my first wildflower of the season. It felt great to be outside hiking, listening to all the noises of nature, from the frogs starting to chorus, hearing the birds chirp and the deer rumble through the forest.
