I want to continue to see positive changes in me, not only on the scale but in other areas of my life.  It's a new month and I'm setting some new goals for May.  I would love to have some accountability partners to keep me accountable.

 If I fail to plan, I can plan to fail.

 Here's my May goals in no particular order.

1.  In bed by 10:30 pm, with the intent on getting at least 7 hours sleep.

2.  Workout first thing in the morning (Get it out of the way for the day)

3.  Drink 70 ounces of plain ol water daily

4.  Keep social media to less than 30 minutes/day

 

I can think of others, but if I add too many, I won't accomplish anything.
