I'm thinking I'll have my smoothie for breakfast before my yoga class. Then I'll have green juice as my afternoon snack prior to one of your Bender work-outs. I'm trying to figure this out as I am eating a plant-based diet with fish 2x per week.
I've been having green juice as an AM snack also. I tried afternoon and just didn't get the same energy from that. Keep it up Sassy!!! Way to go girl :)
