Morning weigh-in: 161.6

Goal weight: 155

That's a 2.6 pound loss since yesterday morning! Though I'm 99% sure it's mostly water weight. I'm moving out of my time of the month, and that has a real impact... not only that, but yesterday was all salt-less food for the most part (compared with my normal diet, which is a bunch of junk). 

I got on my elliptical for an hour yesterday and had my 30 min walk in the morning. Breakfast was a hard boiled egg. Lunch was a salad with sauteed asparagus. Dinner was a salad with sliced apples and avocado, as well as a small bowl of butternut squash soup. Snacks were minimal. A handful of grapes and a handful of almonds. Managed approx 1,030 calories, according to My Fitness Pal. Burned 2,320 according to my Fitbit. I also hit my 64oz water goal!! So all around successful day! 

Now only 6.6 lbs to go to my actual goal weight! Granted, now that all that water weight is shedding, it's going to be much, much harder. I'm ready :) 

Today's plan is more of the same. Got up and went on a walk with the husband - and even ended it with a light jog. Fitbit showed me in the cardio zone for that part, which is alarming considering how slow we were going. lol. I really am out of shape... Will likely hop on my elliptical for a while. I'd also like to do some butt exercises (need to be bikini ready!). Breakfast and lunch will likely be the same - but I'm making ratatouille for dinner. It's almost all veggies, so it should be very healthy. I'm going to leave out most of the oil, but include a little goat cheese. Pretty excited to cook something different. And it's a tad chilly here, so it will be perfect!
