I had a "cheat night" tonight and I feel guilty. Made Korma curry and Naan bread for the family, CBF making myself something separate so I indulged. Also accepted the 2 beers I was offered, its been a trying time of late...tonight I caved. I'm only half way to my daily step goal (and it's 10.30pm), so I don't think that'll come to fruition. My only saving grace is knowing that the next week to two weeks will be hard slogs physically as I'm moving house...SMH, I'm expecting something substantial to happen upwards on the scales tomorrow morning...so, hopefully I'll redeem myself by the time the final weigh in for the month arrives.
