I am now 62, I dont have to do anything to gain weight. I am 5"1'. And It is simple If I dont move I will gain.

Sign in to CommentI am 67 and I am having the hardest time losing weight. I exercise 5-6 days a week burning 350-400 calories. I am writing down everything I eat and the weight is coming off sooooo slow!!! I used to lose 12 lbs a month when I did this!
I'm 65 and 5'0". I know exactly what you are talking about. I need to get back into the habit of walking at least and hour a day to see any results. Good luck to you.
