Ive noticed recently a lack of understanding in my lifestyle change. While I have alot of support from family and friends, there is also a presence of negativity that I have been noticing in my change. The most recent being negative body language and sarcastic behavior...when choosing foods I have recently heard "I bet you cant have that" in refrence to fast food.
While I dont take it to heart I wish there was a way that I could make them understand Why I Cant Have That...
I have an addiction. I love and am addicted to food. The only way to end any addiction is to refrain from that item you are addicted to. Be it Drugs, Alcohol, or in My case...food, you cant break the addiction without refraining.
When I say I cant have it...its not that I dont want it...its that I dont want it to control me anymore. So no, I cant have it.
